Never got my prescription tablets. Every time I contact them they only offer to order but I need them on the day. Only ever got lucky with them once when I needed Lactulose.
Missing important items from my prescription, 2 times in a row, important pain relief was due 2 days ago still not ready. Once I get this latest prescription, im changing chemist!
Genuinely never had any issues here everytime I have been, to the point I've now transferred for our prescriptions, the staff are lovely, get on with their job and give a damn for it, I had no end of issues at another pharmacy for weeks with getting my partner their meds, boots sorted it straight away and with such a positive attitude and going the extra mile to help, I belive the ladies name was Lauren, she is a true credit to this place and went above and beyond to help, a genuine superb person and worker, Always helpful and great staff! 5*

Worst pharmacy ever. Been with this place since boots shut heanor. I have home delivery but 80% of time I had to pick up prescription, at a cost of taxi from home and back. Constantly run out of medicine because lack of professionalism and urgency of medication. There is one woman lack of customer companion, she is horrid if you have not spoke to her on phone you are very lucky. See her in shop she's sluggish and not a good experience to interact with, she would offend the deceased if she was working in a place of rest
Have my prescription sent there the staff are great apart from 1 young man who has a arrogant attitude seems to me he needs more training
Tends to be super busy, I'd never get a prescription sent here again, but the staff are lovely there just isn't enough of them for the demand I think
Had to ring couple weeks ago on a Saturday morning for advice. The pharmacist on duty was very helpful gave me some good advice and even said she’ll be there till 5 if I needed anything. Her whole attitude was spot on. Whoever you are thanks so much.
We have been coming to this pharmacy for nearly 2 years now. All the pharmacy staff are absolutely lovely. They will always offer great advice and do as much as they can to help you.
