   Been twice now as couldn’t get my children into the doctors. The pharmacist was very helpful, patient and absolutely amazing with children and made them feel at ease. One had an ear infection and the other impetigo. They was prescribed antibiotics and an antibiotic cream.

   Booked an appointment for my wife, meant to be 20 minutes. She used all her energy to goto this, and follow the Drs guidance of use the pharmacy first. They did no assesment, asked 2 questions in public in front of other customers, then said "take some sudafed" and that was it. Absolute joke, now my wife is left with an infection that's getting worse and worse, she's in terrible pain, in tears from being treated so poorly and the pain, and left having to wait until at least tomorrow to get any help. Don't bother going to pharmacies for help, they're useless. Have also just realised that the medication they coerced her into purchasing includes ingredients she's alergic to. They didn't ask anything about this. Absolute joke, might as well have been a robot doing that job, no humanity required apparently.

   Today I went to Hucknall Tesco Pharmacy and saw the pharmacist, it was for my daughter with tonsillitis, we couldn’t get a doctors appointment, he was very thorough, friendly and professional and prescribed antibiotics. The lady that served us behind the counter was also lovely, very helpful. Thank you both

   I visited the pharmacy on Sunday, 12th of October, and the pharmacist on duty was absolutely excellent. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, prescribed a suitable treatment for my condition, and gave me clear, helpful advice on how to look after myself. He also explained what to watch for and when to seek further help if things got worse. I truly appreciated his professionalism, care, and kindness — it made a big difference. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their outstanding service!

   I received Noethisterone from an official online chemist. However realised that I wouldn't have enough. The lady at the chemists said that she would throw the medication away as it wouldn't be what I asked for. She said that they can only provide with a prescription. I went onto Lloyds chemist filled out a health questionnaire and received the medication that I required.

   I wouldn’t recommend calling the pharmacy. I have been trying to get through for an hour, the phone rings and then ends asif someone is on the other side ending the call. All systems are down therefore I am not able to get emergency prescription, shouldn’t be so hard to get your prescription.

   Over and over again I go for prescriptions and don't get every thing in Oct I got June's prescription go go antibiotics and get some thing for Nov not the antibiotics I am trying to get for an infection so I can be better go Xmas

   Had a flu jab booked today, I sat waiting fully masked and overly cleansed hands. The lady doing it went thru my online questionnaire with her mask under her nose the whole time, couldn't believe it, she must have known it was only over her mouth I didn't feel safe especially as I had to take my mask off and put one of theirs on for the jab.
