“Our cat, Pepsi, has hyperthyroidism, so it means regular visits to the vets. I feel reassured going to this practice, the staff are really friendly. The vet that we see is Mr Joao Alves. He always greets you with a big smile. He explains clearly Pepsi's treatment and rings us with the blood results as soon as he has them so we can titrate her meds accordingly. She called the ambulance service & as I was having difficulty with my breathing I was taken to the respiratory ward at this hospital. I spent 1 night there and was then transferred to the cystic fibrosis unit as there was a spare bed there. I was there for 3 nights. In all that time I had the most amazing care from all the staff. Everybody was very helpful and very cheerful. I really could not have had a better experience at an expensive private hospital. Even the food was good! Thank you so much”
