Its not just about exercising and keeping fit in the amazing gym for someone who lives alone and is of mature years its about support friendship and caring for each other. They have an amazing team of staff who have had my back all through the difficult times and have been there for me, if only for a chat and a hug, believe me it makes the world of difference. It is so good for your mental health too. It is a pleasure to be a member here . The staff work hard and have kept us safe all through the pandemic and everywhere is kept clean.
