“Our cat, Pepsi, has hyperthyroidism, so it means regular visits to the vets. I feel reassured going to this practice, the staff are really friendly. The vet that we see is Mr Joao Alves. He always greets you with a big smile. He explains clearly Pepsi's treatment and rings us with the blood results as soon as he has them so we can titrate her meds accordingly.
