“Our cat, Pepsi, has hyperthyroidism, so it means regular visits to the vets. I feel reassured going to this practice, the staff are really friendly. The vet that we see is Mr Joao Alves. He always greets you with a big smile. He explains clearly Pepsi's treatment and rings us with the blood results as soon as he has them so we can titrate her meds accordingly. “Not an easy hospital site to navigate, busy and poorly signed. Once located Vista building great service, seen promptly. Very efficient service. Very comprehensive report received, written and images within 48 hours. Paid for session with Dr to go through results, which was helpful tho report actually v user friendly. Highly recommend. Whilst lucky no critical findings, there were a lot of items noted that need to be monitored/followed up. You have no idea what is taking place within your own body so this massive insight is invaluable!”

“On Sunday 27/7 I was staying with my sister in Nottingham when I was taken ill. She called the ambulance service & as I was having difficulty with my breathing I was taken to the respiratory ward at this hospital. I spent 1 night there and was then transferred to the cystic fibrosis unit as there was a spare bed there. I was there for 3 nights. In all that time I had the most amazing care from all the staff.
