   The cashier was extremely rude. She did not greet me, ignored my polite hello and thank you, and clearly showed she didn’t want to touch the items I placed at the checkout. The behavior was unprofessional and made the experience very unpleasant.

   Poor service. Tried to return an order today and was told by the store assistant that some items in the order were not showing on system so they cannot refund them. Failed to answer why (keep saying they can do nothing about it) and no alternative solutions were provided. Then I got rudely rejected by a senior staff (a lady in black uniform) for the request on redo the refund process

   I bought 3for2 cosmetics online at Boots, and one of the items was expired. When I asked my husband to exchange it, the blonde sales said it couldn't be exchanged, and rudely took my item away, telling him that I would not get any refund. This was total robbery.

   Me and my daughter visited this store today. I don't know the sales assistants name but she was positioned at the small payment point at the stores front entrance. My daughter wanted to get the student discount and this lady did a great job helping her to register for the discount on the ipad. Meanwhile a female customer behind us had quite a complex query which couldn't be dealt with quickly so the is customer let my daughter pay for her 2 items. However the sakes assistant just had to process my daughters discount. The other customer was extremely rude to the sales person and kept complaining she was kept waiting and was taking too long. The sales assistant dealt with this customer so patiently and civilly despite her rudeness. Excellent customer service, this sales assistant deserves a pay ruse and a pat on the back.

   The young lady that served me was very Helpful . My husband asked them to deliver to the house as usual they came but said they.didnt no were to leave it they could Have left it in the brown bin. but we had no Choose but to collect from Boots. I was lucky to collect and I got help From a nice assistant who took the item out of a big box And put them in my bag i brought with me. I also have to hold on to a walking stick. The house delivery was better for me but not for the driver We love going to boots the staff are very Helpful.

   I went to Boots in Beeston, Nottingham for my joint Covid19 and Flu jabs, as my personal Doctor's surgery were unable to provide the service due to staff illnesses. They were very punctual and proficient, I would recommend this service to anyone living in the Beeston area, who require their injections.
