   Have my prescription delivered as I'm a carer and can't always get out to collect it. Been waiting for a week for one that has not arrived, free day today so I could go and get it, been ringing to see if it's at the pharmacy or out on the road, no one will answer the phone. This has been a problem in the past so I've decided to change my pharmacy to one closer to home that will hopefully answer the phone occasionally.

   The women are lovely, but the team are let down by the pharmacist turning up whenever they feel like it. Doctors can be submitting prescriptions from 9am and there is no pharmacist on site to sign them off. Consequently the staff are also left embarrassed and turning away custom for items that cannot be sold when the pharmacist isn’t on site. Not great!

   Absolutely shocking service from pretty much all of the staff members. From team members to senior. I cannot believe the level of disrespect that has come from this pharmacy. From someone who has medical needs, it would be appreciated that staff wouldn’t ridicule and berate their customers for simply picking up a prescription. All we have done is try be kind to staff members and try to understand when repeat prescriptions are not coming in (which is integral to literally breathing). However, when the pharmacy staff read a previous review, instead of asking how they could improve their service, they targeted my partner at the pharmacy after reading his name and said “why would you leave a review like that”. A shocking attitude towards a negative experience that they could have been fixed by apologising and training their staff better. Every single time we go to Moir Medical Centre, we anticipate the sheer lack of professionalism and disrespect for patients that need medicine. We will never come here again. Do not recommend to anyone that requires any prescription to come here. Staff members are rude and will speak about you behind the walls just because you ask for the medicine that you requested weeks ago. This is a very serious complaint that should have been taken higher in the first place. We have never felt the need to complain unless we think that others should be warned about certain places and to share how bad the experiences are. I hope that you take this review and really think about change within your pharmacy rather than gossiping amongst your staff and targeting a customer inside of your pharmacy again.

   I have never had one day of bad service through all the years, that was due to the staff. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and as accommodating as they can be. Every year I get them Christmas chocolate because they deserve it.
