    Advertised open and closed for next 40.mimutes ( lunch break) what a joke !! I'm in moderate pain came all the way in and => sorry closed. I WAITED AND GUESS WHAT - NO BASIC MEDICINES OTC. And yet government of this country is worried about the peoples mental health. Hehehe ludicrous. Never seen something like that in my life

    The pharmacist staff are quite rude, some more than others, allways seems to be something wrong with my prescription, either they make an excuse or make out its everyone else's fault but theirs. Everything seems just an inconvenience to them.

    I used this chemist as it was attached to the Surgery. whenever I went in to the chemist I always felt as thought I was an inconvenience to them and they really couldn't be bothered. Half the time prescriptions cannot be dispensed as you are left waiting for the pharmacist to arrive. Do not think they have ever heard of Customer Service. The last time I went in there they could not find my Husbands prescription, apparently his fault as he had two middle names so they could have filed it under anything!! I have now moved chemists and realise just how bad they were.
