   The lady on the counter could do with some customer service training (I believe her name is Julia, or something similar). I asked a simple request and she looked at me like I was stupid, then when I told her I was collecting a prescription she abruptly told me “well we will see if it’s been sent” and huffed off, not one smile or any manners used in our entire interaction. I have previously worked in a pharmacy so completely understand the pressure they are under but a smile and thank you goes a long way. I watched as she interacted with others and it was the same throughout until she got to someone she clearly knew by name and her whole attitude changed and became friendly and welcoming! The dispenser seemed to be very busy but was handling her work load well and the pharmacist came out to give me my prescription and was nothing but professional and friendly, giving me all the advice and guidance I needed!

   I've always gone to the pharmacy next to my surgery . But I needed my inhaler. Both the surgery and pharmacy said I gave it in December. All Peak pharmacy staff was polite ,very helpful and professional .

   Staff are nice . But the service is very slow most of the time. Often have prescription items missing as they dont check shelf properly so end up having to go back. Not good at answering phone

   They do not pick the phone up very poor, tried to get through at least sixteen times, I'm sure they are busy at times so it would be helpful if they had an answer phone to leave a message, I only wanted to check that my prescription was in so I didn't have a wasted journey

   Great little pharmacy. Not alot of options for products but all the basics and a little more. Lovely staff and generally have all the medications I take. No longer open Saturdays so be sure to collect any meds by close Fridays

   Very quick at getting special order prescriptions quickly but don't seem to have the knowledge which you would expect for usage of standard medication. I've never experienced it directly but I have heard some staff be quite abrupt to some customers which is disappointing.
