Avoid this centre at all costs. The staff members have stolen my coat, my sons hat and my mom's swimming costume. A lady called JESS stole my coat. She told me it was at the centre after me leaving it behind due to rushing for the taxi and it was thundering outside: I rang back a few days later and I was informed my coat is not there. Jess then confirmed it was brought into the centre but she "doesn't know" what happened after that as she left it on the main desk for others to come and steal also. I spoke with the MALE manager who was USELESS! He told me that my coat is missing and nothing he can do DESPITE being told by Jess that it was handed in which means one of the WORKERS here have stolen my coat. Embarrassing! I am very disappointed and I will not be returning to this centre. Some people also say it's very dirty inside... Some of the swimming instructors look fed up with life and don't want to do their job.

Took my 5 year old twins here for swimming lessons. Absolutely dreadful experience. The place is dirty, staff look fed up with life in general. My kids had 4 swimming teachers in 5 weeks. They keep changing them. The last girl, I can only describe as blonde with a bad attitude, was the final straw she was awful. My kids came out the water in tears and I had to have words with her. Hire someone who actually wants to do the job.

My toddler loves the baths, especially the baby pool. Family fun time is also great! Its clean, the waves were working and the staff were polite and helpful, A lovely lady,'anne' told me about a kids pass for £3 for the year. Saves me a bundle and I can bring him more often.

3 stars for the facility, but it is very dirty. In the changing rooms is dirt on the walls, the seats in the restaurant… Please, see the pictures. And they keep increasing the monthly price.

Came here for the first time to try out the swimming and sauna and was very happy. Pool was not too busy but we did go early. The sauna is abit on the small side but again you don't stay in too long for it to clear out. We were shown around the gym around a very nice woman at reception, to see what else it has to offer. The changing areas could have been a little cleaner but I would recommend this place for sure. Will be returning.

I have only been going there since November 2022. We have to use the studio pool on the days where the times are for the disabled it's only for an hour which doesn't give you much time when you have to use the hoist and a few have to use it. The disable parking is there for a reason disable but you still have people parking there and not showing a badge so they can get nearer also parking up on the kerbs what do they think the parking bays are there for. parents with small children and pushchairs need to be able to use the footpaths be more considerate. The facility is there for everyone to use.

Good baths for leisure. Wouldn't recommend the fast flume as hurt my leg on it. The tiles look like they need a good cleaning though but not sure if that's a hygiene risk or it's fine.

I think this is a great gym. I hired Michelle as my Personal Trainer for 6 sessions. I was a total gym hater and didn't know what to expect from a PT. Michelle was wonderful she was patient yet challenging when I needed to be challenged. She keeps my sessions varied and is a real motivational trainer. Michelle has me running and planking which is amazing considering I am a novice. I now look forward to going.

Myself & my 2 kids. (6 & 9) plus my friend, her partner & kids (twins 6 & 12) all went last Wednesday in August 2022 we had a fab time. Kids loved it, there were enough people in there but not to make it too busy. The waves & the slides were the kids best parts. Changing rooms were clean, and loved that the hairdryers worked and are free that's a nice touch. Lockers too £1 but comes back out once opened so they are free. Showers were nice & warm also. I will recommend to others & I kno we will definitely be visiting again.
