   absolutely amazing! very confused as to why people are complaining about the ‘style’ of a room. i think people should be thankful they get the chance to stay at such a lovely hotel! many people don’t get the chance to have a roof over there head, yet there are people complaining about the rooms being ‘dated’? in my opinion this hotel was absolutely lovely and super close to everything! there is a sainsbury’s 30 second walk away from the hotel which leads down to a shopping centre which also leads down into the city centre! very easy access to everything. would definitely stay here again!

   The good: Room was clean and tidy and a nice size. The staff were friendly and check in was quick and simple. It's just a few minutes walk from the town centre. The less good: Parking is a bit tight and there are not that many spaces. The bed was small... Like a small double size The pillows were quite hard Overall the hotel represents good value for money and we'd certainly think about staying again.

   The room was set up perfectly, there was a nice cooler for the drinks, iron board, iron, hangers, everything was perfect. Specially the one who did our room, JoJo did a fantastic job. The service was brilliant and everything was accompanied to our needs. Finally, the location was awesome, walkable distance to the shops, attractions, city centre, train station and most importantly the pubs. Would go again.

   The hotel is in a good central location with plenty of parking both on site and next door. The staff were all fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. T|he rooms and common spaces are clean, well maintained and decorated. The evening meal was also very good. I really enjoyed my stay.

   Great location, close to the train station and the bus station. The exterior is unfortunately very concrete and very ugly, however the interior is a lot nicer. The room we stayed was again dated but clean and spacious, the bed firm but big and did the job. Plymouth is currently undergoing a bit of a face lift and it does look like a building site in parts, but once completed will look gorgeous.

   Rooms could do with updating though, to be fair, mine was clean. On turning down the duvet though my partner discovered a 'brown stain' on it. Rang housekeeping & it was changed for a new clean one. For a hotel of your calibre it was not acceptable, no recompense was offered. Restaurant, for breakfast, was very good ... plenty of options for 'Full English or Continental.

   Good location in the centre of the city with easy access to Drake's Circus and the University. I managed to park in the hotel's car park under the hotel at a reasonable cost. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and a good sized bathroom with great shower pressure

   Good location. First class service from friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms need updating but everything worked and was clean and comfortable. I would recommend. A great value stay.

   ı stayef here for 1 night in a double room. The duvet and bed sheets were very clean, the ceiling fan a blessing in the heat and there was an extra fan in the storage area. I slept well and comfortably. The ironing board & iron also in the storage area were a great use. Clean spacious bathroom with shower gel, shower cap, shampoo and lotion. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices and everything tasted nice. The staff were excellent, from the man at the desk who checked myself and my colleagues in, to the staff at the breakfast restaurant who made sure that we were okay and that we had everything we wanted. I would definitely stay here again whenever I go to Plymouth.
