Got placed in here by the council, first day I arrived there were groups out drinking and smoking. When putting a complaint in about the smell of weed, the young worker believe sheβs called Cerys sat on her phone talking to people. When I asked if she on mute to talk to her she laughed. I asked to show me she on mute so I can speak to her, she refused. I constantly seeing this worker outside smoking and always on some live stream. I am speaking to council referring 3 individual workers in oyo. Most of night staff are lovely no issues with what so ever, but the day staffs are more rude towards us guests. The breakfast was disgusting they limit how many pancakes u can eat.

The rooms are spacious. Staff are mostly friendly. The continental breakfast isn't very exciting. The location is excellent but can be noisy at night especially weekends. It is definitely not a four star or a three star. Two at best

first day we arrived we was told by people staying here to watch out for drug addicts etc in the hallways and outside the main entrance, the hallways smell damp and unclean mixed with a strong weed smell and other strange odours. i spoke to the reception team and they said there is nothing they can do as it travels through the vents so you have to smell it all day and night, the kettle they provide is absolutely disgusting and i was told by staff people have cooked in them before due to the lack of equipment, the room was unsanitary especially to have an infant staying there too, the staff are rude and very unprofessional as i could here them being rude about me after i made a complaint saying if you canβt deal with that then you should leave and making fun of me for speaking up. worst place iβve stayed and the price they charge is stupid do not waste your money or time here!

We had two big rooms which were comfortable and clean. The position is right in the middle of town which was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though there had been a big issue with a number of rooms being overbooked and subsequently cancelled (including two of ours) but we managed a work around solution and all managed to have a bed in the two big rooms that hadnβt been cancelled. Long story short, make sure you book directly through OYO and not a travel agent/3rd party!

Ive lived here for a 4 months now i do love the staff in the hotel i think their kind and respectful but i dont like how we dont have fridges or microwaves in are room all we have to live on is either pot noodles or cup of soups i dont like when people in the house play music very loud either morning and night its really annoying and i left my medication on top of my draw and theyve gone ive checked everywhere in my room for them and theyve gone and i feel like ever since ive been out to watch creed for a couple hours and came back i feel like the cleaner or as we call them room service staff have chucked them and im not happy about it

Giant room with unexpected balcony. Great location, 5 minute walk from the theatre. Although there's no parking, 24 hr car park was very reasonable. Will definitely stay again!

The rooms are good but Iβm giving it 3 starts due to the crippling constant bad smell of Humidity that smells like itβs been there for years. It made my quality of sleep not as good because of the smell. The staff are friendly though!

Visited for my sonβs graduation and was really impressed with the location, super friendly reception staff and the quality of the room. Comfortable beds, high standard bathroom and more than ample continental breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again - thank you to all staff!

It was a very uncomfortable night. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, the windows do not open and there was an intense smell of paint because there was a work on painting in the building. the staff tried to be helpful, but this hotel has administrative problems that disregard human health. I definitely do not recommend.
