What a surprise. Beautiful guest house, room was clean, well decorated and bed comfortable. En suite too. Breakfast was yummy. Friendly hosts.

Great accommodation. Had a single bed room, but still had an en suite. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the shower was hot and powerful. Comfy bed, warm, good breakfast and friendly owners, in a really good location. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Plymouth.
I'm so glad to have chosen this place for my 3-night stay, visiting Plymouth for the first time. The staff are very friendly, complimentary breakfast was nice (choice of English breakfast or a vegetarian version), and the location is quite central, between the coast and the town centre. The room was an appropriate size for what I needed, I had no trouble falling asleep, there was a chair and desk available too. I would definitely stay here again if I were to make another trip to Plymouth.

Fabulous family run guest house in the heart of Plymouth. My Mum and I stayed for 1 night this passed weekend whilst visiting the area to "look back" at times spent there with my Dad who we lost suddenly recently. The Guest House is immaculate. Beautifully decorated room with top quality linens and furnishing etc. Lovely modern bathroom. Hairdryer, toiletries, towels, fan all included along with kettle, supplies and TV.
