   We stayed at Island Lodge Guest House for four nights and everything was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better —quiet, convenient, and within walking distance of everything. Our room was small but very comfortable and spotlessly clean. A lovely and peaceful place to stay in Plymouth; highly recommended!

   I stopped here for a trip to visit some oldnavy friends. A quirky place, the rooms are small but very comfortable. The owners made me feel very welcome and helped with directions to the places I wanted. There is a little balcony area go sit on a nice evening. My only slight criticism is, if you are on the chunky side like me, the showers are a bit of a squeeze but I managed. All in all a great place to stay.

   Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The deco is amazing, the beds are comfortable, the place is clean and delightful throughout. And Jacob who runs the place is a friendly and lovely chap. The location is superb as well. A 20 minute walk from Plymouth railway station and right near the Barbican area and waterfront.

   Good clean place slightly uphill so not ideal for those with mobility issues. We have the family room it's spacious with a good sized bathroom. Also dog friendly which is a great bonus.
