Great position. Great welcome. The garden room is spacious with a well equipped kitchen area. Comfy bed.Nice towels. Good toiletries. Lovely breakfast. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t have time to sample the restaurant! But we will definitely stay again!
We have stayed with Tony and Pip for 2 nights and loved the cosy and personable atmosphere we experienced during our stay. The rooms were lovely decorated and clean with amazing facilities like own illy coffee machine and snack bar available around the clock. Breakfast was a la carte and lovely. Because the hotel only has got 4 rooms it always felt like we were very well looked after with very friendly bar staff who happily supplied us with day trip ideas. We would definitely recommend to stay here as super short walk into town as well. Many thanks.
Myself and partner Deborah love staying here. Tony and Pip are brilliant hosts . The Restaurant and bar are run by really friendly staff , food and drinks spot on. Tavistock is a great base for walking, biking trails etc. Garden room where we stayed was roomy, clean , private so suited us down to the ground. Keep it up you lot , we’ll be back

I can’t recommend this place (and The Annex) enough! The room was lovely and had a very comfy bed and the shampoos, conditioners etc were divine! We will definitely be sending our friends and family here!

Tony is a very welcoming, helpful and accommodating host. Since there were empty rooms on the nights that we stayed here, we were upgraded to a larger room with a huge bathroom that included a bathtub and a dressing room. The breakfast room is well stocked, bright and cheery with a lovely garden, and Tony cooks a delicious hot breakfast. No details are spared in this lovely B&B and it was right by the center of Tavistock. I can warmly recommend staying here, and will definitely come back the next time I visit Devon!
2 night stay for the Edwardian evening. Tony made us very welcome and showed great interest in our plans for the stay. Our room (3) was excellent with every thing we were likely to need. The bed was so comfortable if it wasn't for the breakfast we might have stayed put. The location is ideal and very central, car parking is provided.
Stayed there for a night. The B & B was very good! The host was friendly and helpful. The room was ready 2h before the expected time. The location of the hotel is just outside the high street. The room was clean and charming with views over the hills. We had breakfast in the conservatory and it was really good. They also have great coffee. In overall, it's not expensive and a great experience, will definitely come back
