   Edit to this. 17th December 2025. Came into the pharmacy yesterday, just before closing, but it was closed. We called prior to make sure they shut at 6. Got there at 5 to. Closed. Son in pain all night after having four teeth out. 14 year old Autistic boy. Amazing!!! We only got the prescription yesterday so couldn’t go earlier. Went today. Called when we were outside at the traffic lights and they said “we shut in 5 minutes. It won’t be done in time”. All they care about is getting home! We explained the situation (couldn’t get there earlier either) and the OLD woman in there refused to serve us! There were 3 minutes left before closing! NO EMPATHY WHATSOEVER! Told them it was urgent. No money to get to any other Pharmacy. Explained this also. All she cared about was getting home!! Selfish!! I don’t understand why Well now closes every single day, at 2:20pm.. it’s a massively early closing time, considering it used to be 8pm. They put a handwritten sign up every day, to say they’re closing at 2:20, but no explanation whatsoever. Not only that, but waiting in a queue for an hour, when I suffer badly with Fibromyalgia, is not helpful. I was in severe pain afterwards and could hardly sit down. No seats for the elderly/disabled to sit and wait either. It’s awful. The rare times I’ve been able to get a prescription, they’ve been great, but most of the time, I can’t wait in an hour queue, watching them serve nobody and I would usually collect my prescription on school run, but this isn’t possible at all, when they close 5 hours early.

   Unfortunately, very rude female pharmacist. I rarely post any reviews, but I found this to be shocking.. Shame, as all the rest of the staff is usually great. I came in to ask for advice on a medical problem, as it is impossible to see my GP these days because they are overcrowded, they suggested to try and get advice from a pharmacist. Makes one really feel let down..

   Can not get through on the phone. I've been trying for 2days now. If you can't answer the phone don't have a telephone number. I am now going to have to drive to their to ask about my prescription as they did not have all my prescription available at the time. I was told to phone up to get the rest when I needed it, but I can't get through to request it

   Only try to call,To see if prescription ready,After being told by docs,They do have it.(After 10 days of waiting), ( And no text,To say ready)They don't answer the phone, No matter how many times you call .On a rare occasion, You might get lucky..!YOU might say pop in,But why join a queue, And make it longer,(And hack more people of)When a simple question on the phone,Takes seconds.Yes or no..,If not can you sort please.    Not sure how long the lunch last for people who work here but it is definitely over an hour. Useless note left not specifying what time theyeopen. So unprofessional...avoid as much as you can.

   Says it's open from 0830 to 2000 hours. Went to pick up a prescription for medicine I desperately need only for them to be closed! Sorry but this is not good enough, playing devil's advocate with people's lives is not on. With Christmas being a week away, I guess this company also does not want people's custom either. I will never use this company again. Even their online service is pathetic. Time this shambles of a company is either closed down or bought over by someone who actually cares for people's welfare and wellbeing. Utter disgrace.

   Sadly, I can not recommend this pharmacy as on several occasions they have not given me my full prescription which meant that I had to go back and collect the same prescription a second time. Also recently I requested some iodine dressings on a Thursday, they said it would be here the following Friday but I didn't collect them until the following Monday, except the order was not there because they don't check if an order has arrived and when I went to collect them on the Monday I was advised then when they checked that the order was sent to another pharmacy somewhere up country and had to reorder for collection on Tuesday. The only problem was that I had to have my dressing changed on that Monday and never had the dressing to change to. So I am not happy with this pharmacy so I have now changed my pharmacy where I collect my regular medication.
