Never open at 9am as stated on shop window. They say Pharmacist isn't here. So we may wanna use the shop!!!! And whys the pharmacist allowed to be late so often????
Boots advertise their opening time as 9am. This morning I was stood outside at 9:15 with several others waiting for them to open their doors. Even some of the staff showed up after 9…I don’t know what time they eventually opened as I had to get back to work and will now need to organise for someone else to collect my prescription. I overheard some of the other customers outside saying this was a regular thing and they are quite often late to open. Just change your opening time if you can’t meet it?
Would sooner eat tree bark than use this pharmacy. They don't answer their phone: not to clients, not to other pharmacies, not even to GPs. Forced to travel from two counties away to collect the prescription, while one phone call would've solved the issue. I wish whoever is in charge of this pharmacy to go through the same experience when they encounter a health issue.
Terrible place especially as it is predominantly people wanting prescriptions. I only wanted some advise from the pharmacist and waited 30 mins then was told he wouldn't be available for another 20 mins because they were so busy and understaffed. I decided to leave before being seen. The poor stressed lady behind the counter was continually apologising to people about the long queue. On the TV they are asking people to seek advise from your pharmacy instead of visiting the hospital or your doctor. Maybe someone should tell Boots in keynsham this
They never answer the phone and if you go in to collect a prescription they have never got it prepared. They say "oh you could phone us" but when they are told there's no point as they never answer they deny all knowledge. Nornally when a prescription is sent to a pharmacist it gets prepared for you to pick up, but here they don't do that, so it means someone else could be issued medication that was for you. They are a very unprofessional operation.
Most useless staff I've ever experienced. Never anybody behind the counter. EVER. I don't know who manages this store but they should be out of a job. Disgusting service for a pharmacy/shop.

I have a serious condition and cannot be without my medication. On two occasions within last month although l ordered early l was told to return next day to complete order. The next day l was told the prescription was not there.l was very concerned as we were going away next day.My wife phoned the young girl checked and found them.l had to contact our family to go to pick it up. A few weeks ago l even had tablets that were not for me one being penicillin which l am allergic to.We have been coming to this store for two years and at all times most of the pharmacy staff appear to be really stressed obviously they are short staffed. The management need to address this for everyone's sake before an accident happens.
Awful experience. No one on front till and totally ignored by all pharmacy staff when trying to buy shampoo and conditioner, also shelves empty. No wonder it's always empty in there
Pleasant enough store although small. I do feel the staff could be friendlier. Good customer service is a must in stores and I don't feel they offer a warm service here, the service feels a bit cold and uppety. On a lighter note I do love the cucumber products for the skin.. Lovely smell, great price and light on the skin, I prefer it more than expensive brands...go cucumbers.
