Under new management. It looked promising at first but it quickly has gone downhill. Awful customer service. Also if you want to post a package they throw into the bag or on the floor like it’s garbage. Shame!
Staff always super helpful and patient when posting parcels. Take both Yodel and Evri which is rare.
I went there today at 17.00 only for drop off a parcel for Evri and the Indian guy with moustache was rude and very annoyed .maybe to busy with his phone instead to work .
my niece got abused by a male member of staff! She was returning a parcel. I did report matter to amazon, evri and nesa. I am thinking about involving a police too. Please avoid this shop!
The shop follows the Nisa store template with well stocked shelves and a clean feel in the store. The cashier was very pleasant.
Terrible for parcel collection and drop off. Standards have dropped. Nisa use to be good then was bought under new management and ever since then staff come and go. They are very negligent with their parcel system. Parcels that are being sent off is left in full view of customers and easily stolen. Collection of parcel just slumped behind the till point, their system for in coming parcel is never up dated on their system. I have seen them turn customers away saying their parcel has not arrived when it clearly has, customers have confirmation text that says otherwise. They just can't be bothered to look. Today, they lost my parcel. Even though they can see it has arrived on the system. They don't know. And that's all you'll get. Computer says no. They don't know and they don't really care. Completely useless.
Don't leave packets at this shop!!! I dropped off my Hermes parcel every day, from few years! Nisa lost my 14 parcels worth 200£!!! Last scan shows Nisa. Shop didn't take responsibility, didn't want to show me camera record. Promissed to help, they ignored us . I had to report to Police! Stay away from this shop! Terrible customer service.
Be very careful when spending money here. Always ask for a till receipt and double check before leaving the store. They always over charge (never under charge) items clearly marked price on the shelves over charged by up to 60p at the till. Staff follow you about in the store make you feel like a criminal, ironic as they are the ones over charging. Will not shop there any longer.
