Dog friendly, always happy to bring my well behaved rescue in as I grab my essentials. Staff have been easy to communicate with and queues reasonable, much better than at Kingston.
Very nice reception of customers feel like home and relaxing . I love the half price deal.
If I can give 0 stars I would. Staff were so snarky and rude.

I went to Superdrug last month and I had an issue with the price of one of the products as the correct price was not coming up, and a lady called Rabaya behind tills called the manager over I think her name is Kim, and she was so rude I was shocked how she is working there, she kept huffing and puffing the whole time and told me to go and check myself and so I left my items and went. Never am I going there again! However the lady behind the tills was polite and helpful, thank you to her at least some people know about customer service.
If I could have given -1 star I would! Store itself is good and has a good variety. Unfortunately the staff is very rude. I should have seen one of the other reviews before coming here. I'm 30 years old, and me and my wife can appear much younger than we actually are. My wife went there (around 1 hour ago) to check the make-up section and both the manager and another store clerk (a somewhat blond and tall lady) started to follow my wife, not to help, just to keep an eye on her. I arrived a bit later and my wife noticed one of the bottom drawers (we didn't know we weren't supposed to open these drawers) and started to search for her skin colour (she didn't try anything on herself, just picked up a few bottles to check the labels). Suddenly the same lady (apparently she is called Sarah) approached my wife in a very rude manner telling her to not open the drawers. We apologised and explained we didn't know and wouldn't do that again. However I was in shock to see my wife being treated in such a harsh manner, as the lady continued to be rude and tell her off. I then did intervene and said that we weren't trying to steal anything, and we were going to buy it, but she just lost a client because we didn't want all that make-up anymore. We live locally and were looking forward to being a loyal customer, because we like Superdrugs. As a customer I can be unaware of the drawer rule if it isn't made clear enough for me, apologise and never do it again. She, on the other hand, could have simply and politely explained that we weren't supposed to open the drawer and offer to help instead of treating us like criminals and out of possible prejudice because maybe we look young, or don't usually wear fancy clothes, or because we're foreign. I can only imagine what other customer went through. I went to the manager (Nick) who explained that in the past other customers have opened the drawers and were rude to the clerks. I then asked politely "Have we been rude to you?", to which he admitted that we weren't rude with them at any point. My wife didn't even say a word when Sarah was rude to her, she just started to put all the products back. I felt outraged to say the least. I explained that if I need people skills in my line of work, so do they, because we were dismayed to go back there. Manager kept trying to justify her behaviour and said he would talk to her, but I knew that wouldn't change a thing based on the other review. I appreciate the pandemic/lockdown context and the stress it can put on stores, but stay away from this store if you see any of these 2 people.
I would have given this shop a better review if it wasn't for one of their sales advisors in particular. She treats customers with an air of superiority, is easily annoyed, does not listen and she almost makes you feel like you shouldn't be there. She shouts over the counter to her manager in front of all the other customers if there's a misunderstanding. I feel very uncomfortable to shop there. Even started ordering online and buying in Boots only to avoid going there and deal with her.
People over the counter is extremely rude. With a simples question about a promotion they had in store she became very rude with no manners. Then comes a second one seems to be the manager or supervisor with a worst attitude.looks like this people didn't want to get out of bed. But is not the 1st time this people speaks to clients like that. Happens in the past more than ones. This people is not able to be dealing with clients. They are way to rude. Is so many people out there looking for jobs. You really need to invest in some training with your staff or at list pick the right people to work in your stores. Well to be honest I have been in many Superdrug branches all around London but I can say this branche is the worst service u can get. U go to Poundland across the road and the service is way much better. I know I'm not in a high brand store but customer service is customer service and I was only asking about a promotion. But look like they keep the products in promotion for them self.
This is a new Sharp and it's got a nice feeling to it it's wide and spacious and I've got a lot of product on the shelves that think it's going to be very popular there's some specials on offer in the front window and my daughter's makeup Solutions as well as toiletries and for the first two weeks of January they're giving students 20% discount with your unipass ID or your NUS extra card #fresher with Superdrug
