   There is a big sign outside saying it accepts UPS pickups and drop offs. If you go in with a parcel, the elderly man behind the counter says they won’t accept drop offs ‘because it takes him 15 minutes to print the label and he is too busy’. The shop was empty. This is the second time I’ve had experience of this shop re: UPS, and the first time despite my taking a piece of paper in with the details of my parcel, the man swore it wasn’t there. I finally persuaded him to let me have a look and check and it was sitting there on the top of the parcels. The service is very poor and unfriendly and I won’t be using this shop again.
