Convenient enough but the customer service is nearly always awful. I live nearby and dread having to possibly interact with anyone working in there because they just act like you’re the biggest inconvenience even when you try to be insanely polite and smiley.
Really uncomfortable experience. Im pregnant and was relentlessly followed around the entire store by security. I get they have a job to do but the way he was standing at the end of every aisle watching me I couldn't focus on my shopping. I showed him my receipt when I paid to put his mind at ease and then he started to get rude me with me. Never been treated like this anywhere before. Shameful.
Went to the self service because there nobody was at the main tills. Would not let me scan some items. Queue behind me so went to see if I could find a member of staff. Found someone who said I had to go to a main till! Member of staff was extremely rude and said that something don't scan! Will not be going back there again.
Training required for staff. Asked for some help at the till and a shopfloor assistant, after two attempts to get his attention came over and said "yeah what do you want?" Not how I would expect to be addressed as a customer. Similar thing has happened a few times at this store and am not seeing any improvement so seems there are some serious training issues
I have observed several times at this particular shop staff put the reduced fresh produce that should be in the fridge at the front of the shop above the heater. It was all warm including prawns. After informing staff they responded “reductions are not my job” Avoid unless you want food poisoning.
Fantastic store with amazing staff. Can usually always get what I want, colleagues are always polite and help me. Always recommend this store to all my friends and family, the store manager is very kind and she is always working hard.
Don't order from here they can't pack the items I just spent £50 on shopping and only 5 items showed up. They are not answering their phone Terrible and disappointing
Took payment for delivery of goods ordered and refused to refund it when we called to say was never delivered
