It was a lovely experience, all the staff were v friendly, the studio itself is super clean, bright and modern, and we felt really comfortable!    I went here as a walk-in on 14th July. First time using this studio, having usually gone to another studio in Bath. I will most definitely be going back. I walked in and the staff at reception were so friendly and welcoming (very different to other places in Bath). The whole reception area was very professional looking, and relaxing. Libby, the tattoo artist, came to see me and talk through what I wanted. She listened to what I was after, looked at my (rubbish) designs, and the concept behind it. I felt like she actually cared and that I was listened to rather than just a business transaction. Libby went away and mocked up some designs. I made a few requests for changes and she took them on board with no issues. Agreed on a design and up to the tattoo bed. Whole place appeared very hygienic and professional. I felt relaxed and at ease throughout the whole process, and like I was in safe hands. Resulting tattoo was exactly as intended, not rushed, and good aftercare applied and advice given. Thank you Libby (and rest of the staff). What a great experience, and I will definitely be coming again!
