   Gym is great however the health spa is very unhygienic, the past 4 times I have come the floors have been very dirty, it has smelt like urine which is not something you want to smell when trying to relax. I won't be returning to the health spa as it is just too unhygienic and it feels embarrassing to walk in there now honestly.

   Fisrtly i would like to say, there are some really nice people who attend rhe gym. My concerns- Showers are not cleaned and have funger marks all over the shower where you press for it to turn on. They are also quite cold. Underneath the showers you can see mould, and all around the flooring part in the shower Some customers feel it us okay to spit and blow their nose in the shower when washing, as well as shaving. This is not nice and very unhygenic. Please use tissue to blow your nose and shave at home!! Sauna, steam room and salt room. The glass really should be cleaned daily, in and outside. The finger marks and dirt on the glass is quite off putting. Also door handles please. Reduce the spread of germs. Cubicles. Please shut the cubicle door when inside and you will see a build up of grime on each door. All doors could do with a weekly clean, to reduce the build up of grime. Door handles could do with being washed daily to reduce risk to health. Floor. There are many areas in the health suite which shows thick black spots of grime. Health risk. Please can this be mopped daily, twice a day maybe, but ensuring the mop is used in corners, next to leg stands, cublicle stands and und the mirror cabinet. Toilets. To be honest i try not to use them. Each time i have, there is a build up of water on the floor, urine smell and has had hair from someone shaving in the sink. I am sorry that i have had to write this review, but numerous customers are complaining each time ivisit, along with myself. The atmosphere is great, but their are concerns to peoples health and should be priority, especially for those customers with weekened immune systems, which puts them at higher risk of health complications.

   Came for a ‘Swim for All’ session on the weekend to find that 2 of my children couldn’t participate because BOTH kids pools were closed and only 2/3 of the main, adult pool was available for use - too deep for my 6 year old to stand in. When I complained I was essentially told ‘tough crap’ as ‘Swim for All’ is “just a name”. Facilities are dirty and cold so a thoroughly unpleasant time was had by all. Judging by the other reviews this is nothing new.

   Never felt more uncomfortable in my life went swimming at 18.15 the last swimming session they do because it was just me and my daughter the life guard thier was constantly giving me and my daughter dirty looks and tapping her foot she did this for 25 minutes like she hated being thier i didn't feel comfortable till she was replaced with a other life guard everything else fine

   Very poor cleanliness, never improves after multi complaints to the management. Can barely see out the sauna window due to dried sweat. Staff simply do not clean it. Some users think it's ok to spit in the showers, happens a lot. Great health suite, badly mismanaged. You will probably get a rash! Avoid, such a shame.

   The swimming pool etc is good. The gym isn't great, always grubby (especially the machines gathering dust), not enough room to warm up, the free weight area is too small (they don't have a squat rack) and in my personal opinion too many cardio machines. No one there to show how the gym can be used. Other users are very friendly though and staff are nice especially receptionist but there's just never any member of staff in the gym to help. A bit of change with cleanliness, manning on the gym, new equipment and change in layout and this could be a really good gym.

   Monsoon showers no working , my favourite steam room out of order . Would be nice if some one warn you before you pay full price for Healthy suit 8£ . As I was liked generally coming hire today I am very disappointed .

   Great center has pools gym and classes. I go for adult kickboxing boxing on Thursday night at 7:45pm. Highly recommend.

   Great fun kids pool with lovely flume, small slides and lots of bubbling fountains. Adult pool lovely and warm, very clean and lifeguards are super helpful. Whole place including changing rooms very modern and well kept. Always super clean in all areas. Prices very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.
