Would have been 5 stars but had they given the ear drop silver bullet at the beginning rather than our administering poorly the difficult ear drops which we also paid for, hence doubling the cost of the intervention unnecessarily.
Everyone, from reception to Katherine, the vet, was ever so nice, caring and helpful. I was an emergency walk in without appointment first thing in the morning as our dog got attacked the day before and it would have been so easy to send us away or make us come back, but instead, we were seen straight away and Katherine examined the dog thoroughly and made sure his swollen eye was well taken care of. I must say I felt extremely well looked after and left reassured that everything is in good hands and that our dog received the right care. I was very grateful that everything has been made so easy for us. It’s a triple thumbs up from me!
I would just like to add a review for this veterinary surgery in Wadebridge While we were on holiday two weeks ago our jack Russell dog became quite poorly.We were given an appointment on the same day and the vet that we saw was lovely and very thorough.I would definitely recommend this surgery to others Thanks again for all your help she's back home now and doing well
We've been using these guys for years, two dogs seeing their last moments here in the most sensitive & caring way possible. Our cat is now finishing up treatment for a nasty bite & the vet has been incredible. All the staff clearly adore animals & it's obvious the moment you walk in. At no point do you feel the suggested treatments are unnecessary or cynical & they always let you know what things will cost. Anything vet related is expensive for good reason but the bills here are incredibly reasonable, shockingly so. Just cannot fault this practice
Complete unnecessary stress and upset. But because I'm not a horrible person! I'll fill out your complaint from very soon. No I definitely wouldn't recommend Nutes veterinary surgery for many reasons. They don't care about loyal customers That's been with them at least 10 year's That's very sad indeed. I did email no response back!
Took our cat dougie to a friendly kind lady vet , sorry don’t know her name . Treated our cat thank god . Also the reception staff were very helpful and friendly .
I have both my cat & dog with nute, couldn't ask for nicer staff or better care. Would not hesitate to recommend
Two of our dogs injured on holiday, the vet who called me back on Sunday was helpful and reassuring, and when I brought the dogs in on the Monday, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Not to mention, very reasonable charges, I wish we didn't live so far away as I would switch vets!
Wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else always happy to help out as best they can and make you feel welcome everytime from the booking in to the paying process.
