   Stayed in this lovely guesthouse in the Oriental room. Was just off the main road and the house itself was so beautiful. It was fabulous. Easy check in and breakfast the two mornings were so yummy. Breakfast area was so gorgeous and the staff were the nicest. Had a WhatsApp from Lynne the owner who advised about check in and breakfast etc. great communication. Loved our stay and would stay again and definitely recommend.

   We had a great one night stay at Lisnacurran earlier this year. Great quiet spot to relax for an evening. Great communications with Lynne for our stay. We were able to use the hot tub and drove to neighboring town for dinner. Excellent breakfast served by Aoife in the morning. Look forward to returning in the future. Many Thanks!

   An overall good eperience with some logistical glitches. The oriental room is nice, spotlessly clean and quiet since there were no other guests. The double bed is maybe too small for 2 adults but since there is another single bed, to be honest this was not an issue at all. The bathroom was clean, comfortable with a good shower which has good water pressure and temperature. There is a suitable parking outside, bays are not easy to spot in the dark but again the car park is decent and fit for its purpose. Just be careful when approaching the property from the A road as the drivers behind you might not slow down. Now the logistical glitches. Upon arrival we were met with a barrage of messages and asked if it would be ok to self check in and in the same message asking if we wanted to move to Arthurs another property a couple of miles away and in town for a free upgrade due to some cancellations . After 12 hrs of travelling this was a bit confusing for us. We did not mind the self check in but perhaps the offer should have come a day before or maybe separately from the check in message. We were then informed by message that breakfast would be at Arthurs. Arthurs is amazing, I am glad we took up the offer, but of course it is also a bit of more planning as it means leaving the premises earlier in the morning. The final morning breakfast changed again due to lack of bookings at Arthurs on the day. They organised a full layout of food for us alone at the b&b and this was also amazing to be honest. Due to unforseen illness of our host, we never met anyone on the premises for 3 nights until the final departure day for breakfast. Our rooms were not cleaned for the same reason, luckily our stay was short enough for this not to cause significant issues. Over all a 4 star is deserved and I am pretty sure that if fate had not intervened in such unlucky ways for our hosts, for sure the experience would have been a 5 star plus. As a traveller, I was happy and comfortable albeit a bit puzzled and confused by the logistics at times. Having said this I do understand that sometimes despite the best intentions of our hosts, luck does deal an unfavourable hand, which overall was handled reasonably well.

   Absolutely fantastic stay at Lisnacurran Country House over 4 nights. Lynne is a great host. The room was fitted and finished to the highest standard that you could expect from a guest house. The bar and lounge area look incredible and are extremely inviting. The breakfast selection is second to none and the quality is high. I would highly recommend stopping here.

   I spent here 1n on a biz trip. Despite a problem with the reservation made via Booking (I thought I added breakfast, actually it was not included) my stay was just perfect. Comfy room, good location just off the A1 but super quiet, clean and nicely decorated, fairly priced. The owner was kind enough to offer me a free continental breakfast. Very recommendable classy B&B!

   This was my first time stay in Northern Ireland. I really loved it, and found the Irish are all so kind, friendly, helpful and polite. I spent 4 nights here at Lisnacurran Country House and was made very welcome from the start and really enjoyed my stay. The hosts were delightful, helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. My room and bathroom was clean, well equipped and comfortable. I had access to the main courtyard with a large table and chairs for eating or drinking, surrounded by plants and shrubs and wooden steamer type loungers to relax or sunbathe on. I also had a very useful exit at the back also with a table and places to relax and very near to the large breakfast room where we had delicious breakfasts every day at our own table with a wide choice for our breakfast, including a cooked breakfast. Do try the delicious homemade croissants, which were too yummy! Ellen, who helped look after us at breakfast, did it all so well, making sure we had everything and again nothing was too much trouble for her, she was very sweet. It was a lovely relaxing stay and the situation is good, near to so many places of interest. I really enjoyed my holiday here and can thoroughly recommend it to anyone, and I will certainly return again. Thank you for a really good holiday!
