An amazing bunch of staff. Ear piercing went like a dream. Nick was brilliant with my daughter who was very nervous but excited. She kept her calm and talked her through the process and it was done with so much praise. Couldn’t have gone any better and I have one very happy little girl.

Place to go for accessories. They do a “buy 3 items and get 3 items free” deal which is good as most of the stuff is very expensive. Has an ear piercing service here too. There’s a loyalty club you can join to save points. It’s situated on the upper level of blue water.
Joined the C-Club yesterday, I feel so hole now. I would've got the two-for-one deal but wanted to keep at least one ear lobe. Had to call secutiry to get down, 10/10 service, wasn't expected to get kicked in the shins though. Got a refund for my ear. #worth #fundayout
Great for toddler ear piecing. Staff friendly and explained the process. One staff member was extremely good with our daughter which eased her nerves.
Had an ear piercing here today. The lovely who pierced me was lovely and saw me early too. She explained everything and covered aftercare. Really good service.
Well overpriced for what it is imo. Staff nice and accommodating. Shame about the set up of the store not being disabled friendly. I had to fold my daughter's nimbo frame up.and carry it as she couldn't get round with it...! Not ideal with another little one to keep hold of too!! This day and age....really Claire's???????
Clairs same as all the others,my kids love this shop,be careful though we noticed price differences for the same items in the shop upstairs compared to the downstairs shop. When we asked the staff they had no idea why and would not change the price to the downstairs shop,so we walked all the way back to the downstairs one to save a few quid !
Haven't visited Claire's in years and recently popped in as my little one saw a some Halloween bits he liked the look of. Lovely bright and inviting store but left without anything as it is just so expensive! A monster mask was almost £20 and a pokemon stationary set was double what I'd be willing to pay. Craziness. They used to be so affordable.
