At the beginning of October 2025, I attended a wedding photography convention and masterclass in Brighton called Thrive, organised by Photography Farm. Ahead of the convention, Robert and I decided to spend a few days exploring the city, and that’s when we came across Pho Brighton. What a wonderful discovery!!! The food was absolutely excellent, rich in flavour, fresh, and deeply satisfying. The atmosphere felt joyful, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We would wholeheartedly recommend Pho Brighton to anyone visiting the city and looking for a lovely place to eat. A real highlight of our time in Brighton.

Been to that restaurant once with a friend and I love it, food is great and fills you up for the rest of the days Love the deco and great service

Great food spot, the food comes out quite quickly and it’s delicious. Service was great, servers were really friendly, just wish they would’ve been more on it with clearing tables when we were done, so i could pay and go. Ended up having to chase someone to pay. I do think it’s because it was quiet, so i don’t mind too much! Will return soon.

We had a very lovely experience and Hui Lin was absolutely lovely, very patient and she made sure everyone’s order was right even if we were a very large group. She was cheerful and her customer service experience was top notch. It’s my first time here and the quality of the food was very impressive, very well seasoned and I loved the table setting. The price is very fair and the food portions were big and very satisfying. I will definitely be coming back here again.

I've been trying to get my mum to try new foods and we loved it here! A very reasonable price and tasty food. Minus one star as I booked a low seat but the only seats avaliable were the high seats - staff suggested putting particular requests if required in the booking notes.

Want to try some really good Vietnamese food in Brighton? Well once you’re in Brighton, I urge you to visit Pho and relax with such comforting food! Crispy spring rolls were fried to perfection without it being oily or soggy. The vegetable filling was tasty and worked so well with the iconic peanut sauce! Same applies to their summer rolls, it is not complete without their peanut sauce. The freshness of the mint and vermicelli noodles hit the spot when paired with the sauce. I cannot recommend enough their beef brisket curry noodle soup! Their special curry base along with the brisket melted in my mouth. I couldn’t stop going in more for this! Perfect for colder days! However the quality of the service of staff at the restaurant was quite mid as it took a while to get their attention.

Food was very flavoursome, staff fantastic and very helpful in regards to understanding the menu and how the food comes out. We were walk ins and seen very quickly and taken to our table and provided with water whilst we browsed the menus. Definitely return with a bigger group of us as want to try everything! We had a starter each, a main and 1 beer and was £50 so good value too. The venue also dog friendly if you're out and about and fancy a quick lunch on a dog walk.

Food is really tasty. Staff are all very nice and attentive. They're very busy and they have a lot of servers. Watching each person move in the kitchen and around the tables is like watching a symphony. Their whole system is very efficient. Just like a well-oiled machine. Every one is working. I didn't wait long. I was also observing other customers and someone would always come and ask if they were being served. And the playlist is cool! You get your money's worth. Great job, team!!! Only down side for this evening is that they didn't have a lot of beef options available. I rarely get chicken curry but it's still very good. FYI: They don't take cash! Amex Cards Accepted

Had a day out in Brighton and went to Pho for lunch. We were pretty famished having had no breakfast and walking along the beach. The food was so fresh and very tasty. The service was friendly and the environment comfortable. Great after a long day's exploration and walkabout.

Awesome Vietnamese cuisine, and the soup bowls are consistently outstanding across different Pho locations, across cities! The service is professional, the loos are clean and locations are very central. Top class comfort food, especially in winter!!
