   We ordered from their website to collect food on our way to get the train home. When we arrived I was told my order hadn’t been received and when I showed the man my order on my phone (from the menu of the website, the same menu that was stuck up in front of the till too) we had ordered a smash burger meal and mac and cheese fries. He said “we don’t do smash burgers or mac and cheese fries” so he made us a chicken burger and mac and cheese bites instead. We mentioned how the online menu says they do lots of different food like smash burgers pizza and loaded fries and he said “we don’t do pizza” - he said this to me whilst stood next to a wall that had “slices of pizza for £4” written on it. Also the menu inside was mostly pizza too! Really confusing and I wouldn’t bother ordering from here. They clearly have changed businesses now and haven’t bothered to update or close the website. Paid £6.75 for what I thought would be loaded fries and instead got 5 mac and cheese bites. Weird because when we ordered pizza from here a few years ago it was great. Also saw a delivery person arrive and collect a Greek souvlaki order from the same place so I guess they use this as a base for multiple takeaways? Really confusing and strange

   Ordered on deliveroo. Four riders turned up and left. Waited 2 hours and then cancelled the order. Could not contact by phone. Very disappointed.

   Terrible we ordered a full house pizza. Only half of it had toppings and the pepperoni and onions were missing. We also asked for garlic butter fries and recieved normal. Try to ring them.. the number is deactivated

   The food was delicious and the staff was very nice. We were taken there by our friends who recommended the place and I now understand why. Apparently I was the first person to order the new option on their new menu - a piri piri grilled chicken burger - and it was delicious; the chicken was moist and flavourful, spicy but not burning hot, cheese beautifully melted, served in a nice bun, and everything was nicely wrapped so it was still hot when we got home. The Mac'n cheese fries were just as good according to my gf. The pictures are disappointing compared to how nice things were in person.

   Took 1 hour 10 for delivery when initially advertised (on Just Eat) for 20 mins. No one answering, multiple calls made. Unable to get any update. One pizza arrived well done and the other had the wrong toppings.

   We had ordered here before and had a really great experience. Last night, I decided to order through the restaurant directly at 1830. The money came straight out of my account and I received a confirmation email and a timer with about 35 minutes on it. The timer stopped after being refreshed a few times. I assumed they would be busy on a Sunday night so gave it until 8pm. I called through just to confirm our food was on the way or being prepared but got no answer. The food never came which was very disappointing. Still working on a refund. By the looks of reviews on here it looks like I am not the only one who has had this issue. Please just tighten it up guys, you’ve got good potential but frankly this is just poor. To anyone reading this deciding whether or not to order from these guys: don’t bother, as you may not even get it.
