Kindest staff ever! Our car broke down so we drove here. The kind staff/manager waited and allowed road side assistance to fix it and even offered our dog lots of treats and water. Couldn’t be nicer, friendly people. Their ice cream selection is fantastic too!
I had the most wonderful experience attending the Slo Mo Networking event at the Hilton Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed—perfect for making genuine connections without the usual rush of traditional networking events. The “slow motion” format gave everyone time to really engage, listen, and share in a way that felt natural and meaningful. The Hilton team did an incredible job of hosting—everything was beautifully organised, the space was elegant yet comfortable, and the hospitality was flawless. Stopped one Sunday morning around 09:15 for a coffee and a sausage+bacon bap. Both were very good and served quickly. About 10-12 people sat outside. Menu was a touch on the expensive side in my opinion. Clearly very popular though with both runners and cyclists coming and going.
We went on foot, car parking is very small with a time limit of 60mins. 50% commercial vehicles parked when we went. Order and pay for food in covered porch in front of kitchen. Coffees, teas breakfasts lunch and-snack type food avail. Open to the elements bench seating alongside heated tented section with tables and chairs. Overall great coffee and efficient friendly service. Dogs welcome and they sell ice cream suitable for dogs. FREE WiFi.
Gorgeous food. Great value. Lovely sunny spot for a latte. Burgers and hot dogs are out of this world! Don't miss it. Dog friendly and good walk to the Windmill right beside it.
Great food & great location. I really enjoyed their pulled pork baguette. They do a nice selection of hot drinks. Parking outside, but it can get busy, spaces do free up with time. Covered dining area.
