Beautiful Persian restaurant located in Brighton Hove food and the service was incredible! Me and my family really enjoyed the food and the service was pretty impressive! This place has definitely had become One of our favourite spots in town !
Amazing food and amazing service at Shandiz Hove. Everything we tried was delicious — from the starters to the grills, full of authentic Persian flavour. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff really make you feel looked after. We’ll definitely be back again soon.
Amazing food, meat cooked so nice! This was my second visit and even if I’m not sure what I’m actually ordering whatever shows up is great! This visit was a last minute show up and hope they have a table and they did! Starters, mains and deserts were all really tasty and well presented, came out in a timely manor. The only minor issue was with the service, when we were seated they asked if we wanted any water, we did as for some tap water but it never came. When our mains arrived they also offered us some hot sauce which was said ‘yes please’ too, this didn’t come either and I had to order my 2nd cider twice. Ultimately, this stuff doesn’t bother me too much as I am aware how things can be forgotten if it’s busy and they did have a large table of very loud people to deal with! I would definitely come back again multiple times and introduce it to other people! I had added a picture of the menu also as they don’t have one on their website!
I absolutely love the atmosphere at Shandis in Hove. The food is in a league of its own, the freshness and taste, the hummus, the lamb, the presentation of it all. And their cocktails are fantastic and fairly priced, especially the porn star martini, my favourite. The decor, the staff, the music, all adds to the experience you have at Shandis.

We took the Feast dish to share for 5 people, everything in it was just amazing!! The variety and quality of meet was superb. From the starters we especially liked humus and spicy wings. The best Persian restaurant ever been to.
Visited on a Thursday lunch, lovely two course, portion sizes aren't huge but filling enough. The waiter was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the restaurant was spotless. Will definitely be returning.
Wow! This is my new favourite restaurant. The starters were amazing, the grilled meat was another level, service great and layout and decor of the restaurant was very high end- all makes for a busy restaurant with great atmosphere.
