First time here last night. Food was really flavoursome, spicy. Great quality ingredients. Had Pork and duck dishes. The pork special and Angry duck! Plus Chicken Laab to start. Rice good too. Can't find anything negative. Good service. Friendly, efficient, helpful, not obtrusive. Recommend booking. It was full but service remained great.
Chilli is the best Thai restaurant around! The menu is varied and exciting, and there are always special dishes and drinks available. The restaurant is beautiful, bright and contemporary and the food is just as colourful. The team are always welcoming, friendly and so helpful. An absolute gem!
Stopped in for an early dinner at Chilli in Hove and was greeted with warm, friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. The prawn Pad Thai was the star – perfectly cooked rice noodles tossed in a glossy, tangy-sweet tamarind sauce with just the right hint of chilli heat. The prawns were plump and juicy, balanced by the crunch of fresh bean sprouts, the richness of crushed peanuts, and a lift of fresh lime. Every bite had that irresistible mix of sweet, savoury, and zingy freshness that makes Pad Thai such a joy. Simple, vibrant, and full of flavour
Best Thai restaurant I have ever been. Massaman curry and 5 spice pork belly were awesome! Staff was really nice. 10/10
This place really took us by surprise! The flavours were so good and both dishes were very tasty, and we eat a lot of Thai food! This was definitely above par! We sat in for the lunch offer, and very much enjoyed our meal. The service was quick and the place had a nice atmosphere despite being pretty quiet. The decor is traditional, fun, and the tables are comfortable. We ordered the Tom Yum Soup, which outdid our expectations, being so well balanced, full of umami and perfectly spicy and sweet. The chicken pad see ewe was also great, not too salty and tasted fresh. If you’re after Thai food, this is a great place to go, and there’s some dishes that are great value too!
Really tasty food, best Thai I've had. Service could have been better, had to wait for sticky rice that they left out and could have asked us basic customer service questions. Overall great food and had a great time.
