   Went on a Sunday for the roast with my other half, cousin and his other half and we couldn’t have been more pleased with both the service and the quality of food! We all had the pork loin roast and we all thoroughly enjoyed it, would definetly return soon!!

   Would probably rate everything a 3.5 out of 5 if Google did half stars. However the food made me decide to round up rather than down. A little expensive and some dishes felt better value than others but on the whole good food. Would highly recommend the crispy chili beef starter. Could have eaten that with chips for my main it was that good. The sea bass was tasty and the dessert was delicious. Service didn't feel as premium as the food and the atmosphere was a little dead for a Friday night but all in all a pleasant experience.

   Honestly was the best roast me and my partner have ever had! Portion sizes are really good and price is amazing for the quality of a roast you get. The staff were so friendly and service was quick! Such a lovely vibe. We have already organised to come back with family and have recommended to everyone we know!

   No words can describe the poor food. Highlights of the meal were; ale, salad, that is all. We tried a fair selection including lamb, lasagne, and sausage with mash... None should be referenced unfortunately.

   Under new management, with stunning home cooked local food and a warm welcome. Scotch eggs, steak pie and sea bass were all freshly cooked and lovely. Ale was well kept and I was sorry to miss the guest Exmoor golden ale. Also really sorry not to have found The Kings Head earlier in our week's holiday.

   Dissappointing! The restaurant was cold, I hate that! Put the heating on... They ran out of Singha beer! What! The plates were hot, food just average the staff were pleasant but did'nt ask if everything was ok! no music, no atmosphere say no more...
