   My husband & I had dinner here during our boating holiday. They were quite busy with a large birthday table but that added to the fun. My husband would have liked steak but the party had ordered the lot so he opted for beer battered fish which was delicious. Due to the fact he wasn't able to have the 10oz sirloin they gave him a complimentary 4oz steak on the side. I had the chicken tikka flatbread, my eyes almost popped out my head when it arrived. The plate was enormous filled with 3 chicken skewers, fries, coleslaw, salad, 2 dips & the flatbread. Everything was perfectly cooked & super tasty. The staff were so friendly & made us feel very welcome, excellent service. Great atmosphere, toilet facilities were spot on. Could not have asked for more from this exceptional establishment, Thankyou. Highly recommended. We will, without doubt,be back very soon. Jo & Roger Gorleston.

   Beautiful setting by the broad. Lots of outdoor seating. The food I had let it down, I had the crab salad and there wasn’t much crab at all and the salad whilst fresh was watery and tasteless. The chips however were very good, chunky and crispy. I would go again because of the setting but only for a drink, not to eat.

   My husband said the Sharp's Sea Fury ale served here was excellent and he is definitely a connoisseur of beer! The fish and chips was huge and the beef bourginon very tasty. Very convenient pub if you're visiting Ranworth whilst cruising on the Broads. Staff were efficient and friendly.

   Had dinner at the Maltsers while we were moored up. A charming place with friendly staff. There is a separate pizza house next door that prepares fresh pizzas. The food was delicious, hot and well priced and we had a game of darts afterwards. Would highly recommend.

   We went out for my birthday, we saw the Maltsters online and thought we would give it a try. You have to want go there to find it, but it is worth the trip! It looks great its in a great location, the staff are great and the food too. Its not pretentious fiod, proper pub fare, scampi, burgers, fish and chips but it is well cooked and there is plenty of it! I had a burger, it was home made and honest, coukd have done with some more seasoning fir my taste but it was great, the onion rings were nit greasy and the chips were good. My lady had the Scampi and again, nicely cooked with Tartar sauce and chips. Outside is a lovely covered area and plenty of soace for dining alfresco. Loads of parking, ckean toilets and across the road from the Broads. What a find.

   Beautiful food, great service, with a huge range of Beers Wines and Spirits. A proper place to chill outside by the river, or by a log fire on the inside. Either way, this place hits all of the right spots.

   Lovely pint and a picnic board. Owner could see I was cycling on my own and brought out a box for me to take leftovers home. I'll let the picture speak for itself but suffice to say it was cheaper than a main and no chance of finishing!

   Great location near the broad. Good sized car park, available for free overnight campervan stays if you eat in the pub. Good food although maybe a little pricey. There is a pizza hut in the pub garden which is good value. Several real ales on tap.

   Beautiful location. Friendly hard working staff. Amazing food, very reasonably priced. Thankyou all at The Maltsters, we will definitely return. The seafood platter looked amazing! We were very impressed with our sharing picnic platter lunch. So much for the price, and everything of top quality standard and delicious. The staff boxed up what we couldn't eat to take home. We would recommend this place 100%. Book your table as it fills up quickly due to its popularity.
