   Extremely rude customer service. I came in today to exchange some items I had bought a week ago. A girl served me, didn’t catch her name. The deals (2 for £20) on men’s clothing need to be made more clear as you have jumpers and bottoms together on racks but you can’t purchase them together in the deal? Anyway, this girl was extremely rude, as if she would rather be anywhere but there. No smile, complete disinterest and poor body language. Not the kind that makes me want to return. And to top it off, she exchanged my items out of “good will”. I didn’t want good will walking in to sports direct to exchange items. I would rather you say you can’t do it. Please remove your snobby attitude and plaster a smile on your glum face! Sports direct, you want to take a look at some of the people you are hiring! Basic manners and human decency/courtesy are not hard to learn! I will go to other branches from now on.

   WOW.....it was like the wardrobe for Jeremy Kyle live. I'm sure one of the sections actually said CHAV. On the plus side I knew my car was safe because all the criminals were in side.......shoplifting.

   The store is okay, I suppose. Did have to go on a staff hunt, as needed to try shoes on, but once found the service was quick, but when things are buy 2 for £38, but they don't have 2 of the same size is so annoying and so we only bought the shoes. Also having Game inside the store is wrong and weird.
