One of the unique relics within an gentrified Brighton. Affordable, quality, excellent service from all the wonderfully staff and one of the best atmospheres inside a cafe bar most likely from miles far and wide.

The interior is very cool. However the staff definitely think they’re too cool for school and look very offended when you place an order. Also tables were taken up by students working on their laptops who probably had one coffee. Could be so much better with friendly and enthusiastic staff and a good clean. Felt quite grimy in there.

Came here just at opening time for coffee and a vegan toastie. Both decent, served with a smile and reasonable value. The place is very left field and 'nuts' but in a great way, quirky is an under statement! Liked it though music way too loud for me for the morning. Still would return and like that its a cafe and bar hybrid, while I didn't have a beer the choice was decent craft
The coffee is the best on London road, maybe Brighton! Staff are wonderful, the music is perfect, brilliant bangers all day. Not to mention gorgeous food and endless entertainment from the decor.
Great place with great staff, the rum and cokes taste so yummy and also the chai lattes during the day! The venue is so unique and cool I love it. The staff are great kind and accommodating what a great spot for a drink wowie! 5/5*
Love this pub so much, it has fast become my local. The staff are all lovely and the prices are more than fair. Love their little smoking area out the back where they provide blankets etc... Would highly recommend to anyone who fancies a bit more of a quirky atmosphere
Quirky and fun decor, friendly staff, very reasonable prices for drinks considering the location. Very relaxed and friendly vibe throughout with a roomy sheltered outdoor smoking area. Good music, handy location and just what an eclectic, fun drinking emporium should be. Definitely worth checking out.
Fantastic Sunday roast ! One of the best veggie roasts I’ve had in ages ! The chicken roast was also very good (so I am told)
