   Don't recommend going if you're a student. Since this store is franchised they don't do the 20% off UNiDAYS discount, so I had to order my drink full price. The iced chocolately mouse latte was nice but not worth it for the price. They still do the £2 Tall drink offer on Tuesdays though. Atmosphere is really nice for work, each table has plug sockets and staff are good.

   absolutely disgusting - flies everywhere and my drink was messed up not once - not twice - but THREE times (and even once i got the final thing it didnt taste the greatest. the smell of the place was rancid and one of the windows covered in bird poo - completely lost my appetite after stepping in the place

   I visited the Starbucks in Brighton and had a really poor experience. I ordered a Frozen Mango Dragonfruit with Lemonade—but what I got was basically iced water with no flavour and absolutely no dragonfruit pieces at all. It didn’t even taste like what I ordered. On top of that, the store itself was dirty—tables left uncleaned, bins overflowing, and sticky floors. It felt like no one had tidied up for hours. To make things worse, there was zero customer service. No greeting, no smile, no effort. Staff seemed disinterested and disorganised. This is not what I expect from Starbucks. Really disappointing. I won’t be visiting this branch again.

   Customer service is not good when I ask coffe they didn’t scan my Starbucks points I was told they said I can’t help it and she’s eating on the counter when I’m ordering and no hello are hi and I have asked her water given me no asking ice and off glass and coffee also given me off cup and not taste like Starbucks standard iam really upset with cleaning as well every where in the store dirty look the pictures

   Convieniently located Starbucks across the road from Churchill Square. This one can get very busy, there was very few seats on the ground floor, but the upstairs has additional seating which (at the time) was very quiet, with only a few people in it. The tables were clean and each one has plug sockets and USBs which was nice. Staff are friendly. The toilets are located upstairs and didn't have a code, which were clean. Very positive experience :)

   With about 7 people working you'd expect the place to be running smoothly and well. The majority of the staff behind the counter were chatting and on their mobiles. My order somehow got given to someone else and then to correct it they just chucked some syrup into a coffee that should have been picked up by the person that took mine. Literally every table had dirty coffee cups and plates. Whilst I was there an attempt was made and only a couple of tables cleared. Won't be returning, although the chap that was having a sleep in the corner potentially will.

   Staff are always friendly and welcoming , also happy to make my drink to my specifications. In fact some members of staff have gotten to know me and now know how i like my drinks , giving me that community feeling that is soo often missing now. I'm not made to feel just like another customer . Coffee is consistently good . Food is pleasant although pricey . I love their seasonal menus and merchandise.

   Great meeting point as just opposite Churchill Square and bus stop points. Not terribly relaxing as it's a stop-coffee-go kind of place rather than a long catchup place. It's a Starbucks and delivers what Starbucks does and in this respect it's serviceable.

   Went in this morning to try the new cocoa ice shaken espresso, and got it in a reusable cup. Only to find out that the barista has left a little ‘surprise’ in my drink. Absolutely annoyed and had half of my drink down the sink. Please check if the cups are empty before you pour anything in!!
