Our 15 year old Skoda needed a new front lamp bulb. Quoted various prices from £89 to +£180 but on a member of staff at Halfords (I need to give them 5☆too) recommendation we phoned Euro parts tun Wells and they confirmed they had the correct bulb. The member of staff then managed to sell us the correct bulb for @£35 and we fitted it ourselves. Garage wanted £100+ just for diagnosing + bulb + fitting! Outrageous for an older vehicle.

Ordered online and collected next day. Nice enough guy on reception desk. Parking at front.

Very good, but not enough staff, you d have to wait a little for anything you need so take your time when visiting them.

I ordered a part for click and collect and realised my error in only ordering 1 instead of 2 units. The staff member was helpful and ordered a 2nd unit for same day click and collect for me. Unfortunately he was let down by another branch and the part never arrived. Although unfortunate, this is understandable. He mentioned that if he had my phone number he would have called me, but I didn't quite understand this comment, as he only realised that the part hadn't arrived whilst standing in front of me. Perhaps next time a phone call to the branch for a stock check would be more appropriate before selling the item. One final point, I noticed there was another staff member walking around the shop area who I assume was picking collections. It was rather odd as he was wearing a hat where the peak was covering his eyes. I've attached a similar photo of this bizarre experience for reference.

Euro Car Parts in Tunbridge Wells came to the rescue when my Vauxhall Vivaro was facing its MOT. They had everything I needed in stock, from brake pads to filters, all at fair prices. The staff knew their stuff and helped me find exactly what I needed without any fuss. Thanks to them, my van passed its MOT without a hitch. If you need quality parts and reliable service, Euro Car Parts in Tunbridge Wells is the place to go—quick, efficient, and no messing about.

Long queues, rude and downright unhelpful staff. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere where they’ve got a passing interest in helping customers

Always receive poor service from this branch. If I have a choice, I would always go to a different one.

Very helpful staff but the waiting time is painful. 3 times i have visited this place and every time was a loong visit as the guys weren't rushing at all.

Click n collect, more like click n forget Queues out the door, and one guy serving. Not a great shopping experience, 40 minutes waiting, for a basic item. Give the staff member his due at least he apologised to Every customer waiting. For that two starts, not his fault !!
