Poor quality items - damaged especially poor quality fence panels, delivered in the dark - refund took two months only after contacting the store. Did not phone back or contact me appropriately. Delivery department not professional. Had to return to store to effect refund. Wonβt be recommending at all and wonβt be shopping at Wickes again. No wonder the car park was empty! Altogether poor customer experience! Avoid. Funny the feedback form NOT workingβ¦.

Delivered wrong door couldn't redeliver until 4 days later. Order cancelled told 4-5 days refund. Customer services contacted told within 48 hrs as order returned. Contacted again told it takes up to 14 days for a refund. Won't be using Wickes again! After contacting customer services again because of no refund! It's now 14 working days and I was told to wait for an email. And also that they are checking the order was returned, which its been confirmed it has on phone call 2. If this is not the service you intend to offer, then do something about it!

Products are fine on average but the customer service, especially at head office level, is horrendous. I purchased a kitchen from Wickes and experienced a number of issues which would result in me being out of pocket by over Β£140 and delaying the installation of my kitchen. The customer service agent on the phone told me they didnβt have to do anything according to their terms and conditions. She then refused to raise a complaint or let me speak to her manager. Iβll never purchase anything significant from Wickes again.

The staff in the Norwich store I found very efficient, helpful and friendly. Special big thanks to Bobby who was very helpful to resolve an issue with a lawnmower I had to return soon after purchase with a fault to the handle. He took the time to obtain a replacement handle and then kindly assemble the machine for me to ensure it was all correct - and brought it to my car. I much appreciated this excellent customer service.

I have been shopping at Wicks for more years than I can recall, even before they moved from their smaller Drayton Road location about ten years ago, which is now occupied by Aldi and Home Bargains! This store is quite easy to navigate, as their relatively limited product lines are conveniently arranged in large aisles. Compared to some of their competitors, I usually spend much less time searching for what I need, which is essential when time is limited. Today, I visited the store specifically for a particular type of door hinge and found it within minutes of entering. I've also noticed that the staff are very knowledgeable, likely due to their long tenure with the company. I recognize several staff members from their time at the previous location, indicating that Wicks has a solid staff retention policy. Moreover, I have never had any trouble finding a parking space, as the car park is more than sufficient for the size of the store.

Friendly and helpful until they have your money. Any issues with kitchen orders youβll be hard pushed to get a response and just sent round in circles between the local store and the central customer care number until they wear you down and you give up. Avoid.

Mixed experience really but when I look back over my purchases some of them have had a major negative impact on out home. Twice we have used their design service and I have been no impressed. The first Kitchen was costly but we ended up having new worktops among other minor gripes. The second time we had bathrooms fitted and the fitter was slow and often late. His lack of site organisation had a bearing on a severe personal injury that affected my career path. Unfortunately despite his actions I was not able t claim against his insurance. So between the Kitchen fit and just before the bathroom fit again we used the design service. This time a utility room that I fit bu they mess up the measurements so we have to wait fro them to return and measure up again and then deliver correctly fitting cupboards. And now the final insult. Due to an appliance breaking the replacement equivalent American Fridge Freezer is bigger an does not fit the hole. No issue I will remake the kitchen and I obtain a quote for the parts. When I call up for these parts they refuse to honour the quote and charge full rate for the parts. In fact it costs me nearly Β£180.00 for two doors. They just do not care and want your money.

Although the staffs were polite but what they sold was very bad! I bought some small rocks for the garden but they supplied BIG rocks to me. It took me lots of time and effort to handle this material. I WILL NEVER buy anything forum from them!!! They had done a good job to kick away customersοΌοΌοΌοΌ

Massive shout out to Darryl Purcell! He Help me and my FiancΓ© design and buy our new kitchen for our new home. We had been to other kitchen places before coming to wickes, a lot of other places looked down on us due to our budget and age. (We are a young couple) They wouldn't give us the time of day. But Darryl took the time to listen to us and helped us stay within budget and be able to actually enjoy the kitchen buying process! He helped us utilise space really effectively! He was extremely patient with us as stuff with the new house kept getting delayed. He replied very promptly to us when we messaged with a question and when we sit down to discuss the kitchen he always had a hot chocolate ready for me! Please if you're considering a new kitchen go to Wickes and ask for Darryl, he is so lovely to have worked with!
