Absolutely fantastic experience at the Starbucks on St Stephen’s Street! Ryan and the whole team were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. The service was quick, the drinks were made perfectly, and you can really tell the team takes pride in what they do. Ryan stood out for his professionalism and positive attitude — it made my visit even better. Highly recommend this location thanks to such a great team!

Stopped here for coffee on a day trip to Norwich. Customer service was good, polite, friendly and helpful. Food looked good although we didn't eat here. Coffee was let down by being weak, Cortado should be strong and flat white should have a bit more flavour.

l usually enjoy coming to Starbucks in Norwich. As a foreigner here, I’ve always appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff are, even when I order drinks with a slightly more complicated recipe – they’ve always been kind and accommodating. But today was very disappointing. I ordered my usual iced matcha with coffee, but a female staff member was rude and told me they couldn’t make it, even though I’ve had the same drink here before without any issue. On top of that, when I wanted to redeem my points through the Starbucks app, she also said it wasn’t possible – with a very unhelpful attitude. Right now, I am actually enjoying the same drink at another Starbucks branch, where the staff were polite, friendly, and had no problem letting me redeem my points. This inconsistency and poor customer service today made me feel very frustrated and unwelcome.

NOT A GOOD REVIEW, this is a HONEST REVIEW. I come to this Starbucks every single day, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff here. They’re absolutely lovely—Chloe, Ryan, Patrick, Shan, Ron, Ella, and Lucia always greet me with the kindest smiles and such a warm, welcoming attitude. What truly stands out is how personal and genuine the service is. Every single one of them knows my order by heart—no need to say a word. The moment I walk through the door, they’re already on it. It’s like a little moment of joy every day knowing I’ll be taken care of with such care and consistency. This team creates such a friendly and familiar environment—it really feels like a community, not just a coffee shop. I genuinely look forward to coming in each day. Huge shoutout to this amazing team for making my daily visits so special. You all are the best!

Moody staff. Very slow. Staff looked unhygienic . A few items weren’t available that were on the menu . Very dirty. All tables are stained . Floors are dirty . Did a uv light bacteria test in the toilet and on the table I was seated at. wouldn’t wish my worse enemy to go in there or to place there items on the tables. Also tables both sides of me weren’t cleared the whole time I visited . I’d advise visiting a local coffee shop or van . Yet to have a bad experience in a locally run coffee establishment . Just before leaving a heard a disabled customer mention the door to the toilet was very heavy and lock didn’t work . What I’m earth is going on here . Staff clearly don’t even communicate to management problems through out the store . Bugs crawling on the seats .

Today they had no frappuccinos so i got a iced toasted vanilla Oat shaken espresso and it wasn't bad, I prefer the matcha drinks but there was not any today, good atmosphere but slightly crumbs on the tables amd chairs but that doesn't bother me too much, I reccomend this place to anyone

Just a place for me to sitdown while waiting or tired walking around in the city doing shopping. There are many cafe options nowadays in Norwich such as Cafe Nero and Costa (most specially) the service can be hit and missed. In this occasion the Barista's were all alright and friendly, luckily. The toffenut is back on this holiday season one of their delicious speciality offer on Christmas Season.

Was out of eggnog latte and didn’t tell me until I reviewed my “oat latte”. My friends got a toffee latte and it tastes if literal cardboard, sandwiches weren’t even filling and did not have any vegetarian options. An embarrassment to Norwich
