Absolutely fantastic experience at this Starbucks! From the moment my father and I walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. What really stood out was how genuinely attentive they were – they took the time to listen carefully to what we both wanted and went above and beyond to help us customise our drinks exactly the way we liked them. The service was not only efficient, but also incredibly sincere and down-to-earth – they made us feel truly valued. It’s rare to come across staff who combine professionalism with such a natural, friendly vibe. The atmosphere was lovely, and it turned an ordinary coffee stop into a memorable moment for us both. Massive thanks to the team – we’ll definitely be back!

This review is for the lovely gentleman who served me this morning (29/5). He offered me recommendations on how my coffee order could taste better and he wasn't wrong! Best coffee I have ever had. Yes Starbucks is expensive but I only have it as an occasional treat and it is well worth it when you receive such great service and yummy coffee.

There are much better Starbucks in Norwich that you could go to. I ordered a cookies and cream Frappuccino, only for it to taste like - quite literally - nothing. Never in my life have I ever had a drink of anything, much less a supposedly sweet coffee that had zero flavour. A glass of tap water has a more nuanced taste. It is entirely possible that the drink I ordered just wasn’t good in general across all Starbucks locations, but you would think that a drink containing 36 grams of sugar (According to the official Starbucks website) would at least be sickly sweet at worst, but I cannot stress enough how it tasted of NOTHING. I do not want to go back here when higher quality Starbucks locations exist, and you shouldn’t either. Why risk accidentally ordering a flavourless abomination from here when you could take a walk for less than ten minutes and get a decently better coffee at the St. Stephen’s Street location instead? Although I would personally suggest going to a local - more authentic coffee place in Norwich as opposed to Starbucks in general. There are even superior coffee chains in Norwich that are practically next door. This review is simply here to state how you shouldn’t go here, period. Whether you want Starbucks or something else at a local place, you can do better than going here.

Sit upstairs and watch the world go by for while...a good coffee and a cinnamon swirl. Perfect.

All drinks were being served in takeaway cups as the dishwasher was not working. Why can't staff wash up by hand? Then when I asked if the Rocky Road cake had raisins in it because I don't like them, it took 2 members of staff to look at ingredients list in a book and on the box it obviously came in to find out for me, but neither of them could tell me definitely. I ordered the cake only to find that it had both raisins and some sort of glacé cherry in it making it inedible for me. Not a very good experience all round.

Positively filthy. Sticky tables, crumbs everywhere, cups and plates left untouched the entire hour I was there. Even mould was growing on the walls. Coffee itself is mediocre especially for the price. Only upside was the staff were friendly, albeit slow to clean up the place.

Amazing coffee, I hope they keep the honey, oat latte as a regular menu item. Friendly service, bar stools uncomfortable could use padding and a small back. Now a regular stop on my walk through the area.
