I frequently visit this coffee shop. The staff are really lovely and helpful, great place to sit and study especially in the morning and comfy seats. I recommend.

Starbucks is Starbucks, or so I thought. Friendly enough staff and service when ordering. However menu lacked decaf tea. And after taking my name, my name was not called when my order was ready. Caramel short bread, seemed to just be a slab of chocolate, with bread crumbs glued on with caramel. Was reasonable quiet when we entered, but steadily became harder to make conversation over the noise of music which seemed to keep getting turned up.
The inside always looks so peaceful so I wanted to go inside. It lived up to expectations and felt so calming. Nathan was really helpful and kind as I didn’t know what to order and he helped me decide what would be best. The best service I’ve received in a while so I wanted to leave a review!
Like another customer stated, the blonde lady who works in here is extremely unpleasant & unprofessional. For absolutely know reason she was repeatedly huffing & rolling her eyes at customer's whilst ordering. The drink I ordered was nice but I wouldn't come in here again as its not a pleasant atmosphere. I hope management read this as for some people it could really upset their day being treated in that way.
Came in Monday 15th august ordered 2 caramel iced lattes and a tuna melt, horrible service by a blonde, female member of staff who was rolling her eyes at me and my friend and speaking with a lot of attitude for no reason. Despite that the coffee and Tuna melt was nice lol
Pop in here lots ,fab coffee and service ,always clean with lots of seating.Brilliant coffee stop with a lovely selection of cakes too .
I love this Starbucks, they always give great service and great food. They have the best coffee and the friendliest staff Ive found. Its usually a bit quieter in this store for a nice coffee on your own or to people watch.
It's a nicely layed out and decent sized Starbucks. Nice to sit down and take a break from shopping. The coffee isn't quite up to the standard of most other Starbucks branches. It's also usually way too hot to drink at first; I end up letting it sit for at least 5 minutes before I can drink it. It's worth adding that they have made accomodation for all the covid rules to be adhered too. Tables are spaced apart from each other, there are stickers on the ground showing people where to queue, all staff are wearing masks, the tables are usually cleaned after being used.
