Came here to to collect an order for 19:30 (too good to go app) but the store was shut at 19:29) with staff still inside and not being interested in responding/serving me. Useless bunch!

Amazing staff!! Coffee that I just purchased spilled all in my car. When I went in for help, the staff made me another drink for free, gave me cleaning supplies and brought my replacement drink out for me. Can’t thank them enough!!
Review of Our Café Experience I had a delightful hot chocolate paired with a lemon loaf cake, while my friend opted for a matcha iced green tea and luxury fruit toast, which came to a relatively high £16. Despite the cost, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff member who took our orders was incredibly patient and professional, especially since I was unsure about my choice with the drink. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, as the café was well-maintained. I found parking easy right in front of the shop, although I suspect it might be a different story during peak times. I also noticed that there were several newly installed electric charging stations in the car park, which is definitely a great benefit for EV owners.
Me and my partner went for an afternoon coffee here while we were shopping, ok firstly we can't use cash cos apparently Starbucks is now cashless, hmmm used other stores with no issue so clearly a lie, no signs or anything to say card only payments. Coffee was nice I agree but the service by children is a bit undesirable, they don't really seem to know what they are doing and standing around chatting and giggling on their phones is a clear sign they were not mature enough to run this place, clearly Starbucks only want to pay child labour rates, shameful. Now the toilets, disgusting is putting it politely, toilet roll on the floor, no soap and clearly need some upgrading required I will not recommend this establishment or use it again.
I made an order via deliveroo but did not receive it. The delivery driver alleged that they couldn't contact me. But the delivery address is an open office. I received a refund but Starbucks are now declining my orders. I have been ordering from the restaurant frequently for a few months now. And they are now ignoring my calls. It's unprofessional.
Love the Christmas Filter Coffee, told they didn't have any. Asked could they put it on and they did 4 minutes later lovely coffee. 5 staff on. Nice atmosphere, close to train station good for pickup.
Just visited this branch, amazing service from the staff! While I was waiting I had a lady cut in the queue in front of me (not sure if the staff saw) and found she was quite demanding towards the staff. I didn’t say anything and waited my turn (again), was greeted by a lovely lady (Sarah I think) who apologised for the wait, made my order and I was about to pay when another staff member (Jake? His name badge was faded) said it was on the shop for my long wait! As said at the start, brilliant service who go above and beyond for their customers! I really appreciate it!
Usually really good service but cold and uninterested staff today that all appeared stressed. Coffee and toasties good as usual, but had to wait a few minutes for 3rd to arrive. Asked for napkins and knives for 3 of us. Provided with a long piece of blue roll and one knife and told thats all that have.
