A product they sold was clearly rotten (block of feta cheese that had turned to bitter murky porridge) and it made me sick. I was throwing up for hours. Used it to cook with so didn't notice immediately. When I went there to return it the next day, the friendly guy working there explained that the product's "hadn't expired and he wasn't authorised to remove it from shelves or give me back my £6". His "boss" yelled at me over the phone saying they won't give me my money back or remove the product from their shelves. It didn't matter how much I explained that this is really dangerous as rotten cheese can literally kill a person. This is so bad... I should really call the authorities... Left my name and phone number to give them a chance to fix this before I call anyone. So far no phone call.

Great variety of products, but the price often doesn't match the price charged at the till or its missing all together. Common practice in Turkey and Bulgaria, but not in UK.

New Management- Really friendly Kurdish guy, but I am buying for a second time food from there and second time they over charge me by £3.00 roughly! The price on the actual products doesn't correspond to the ones in the till!? So I think I am not going back there, sorry but you may be can do that in Kurdish part of Turkey but not in the UK mate! I just want to pay the price on the package otherwise anything else is false advertising!

Good Bulgarian products shop but one of the turkish girls that works there speaks kind of rude and doesnt calculate correct (uses calculator for £2+£1.50) and today almost accused me of trying to put £1 Martenitza in my pocket when i just went to check my money and i told her "dont worry im not gonna steal this" and she replied "i dont trust" which i find really rude. Especially from someone on that level smartness. I was going to give 1star only because of the behaivour of the woman that works there, but i give 3stars because the nice Bulgarian products saved the day.
