It says its 24 hours but I couldn't even get a pint of milk - 2 people in there . Couldn't sell anything because they mopped the floor . It is not 24 hours .
States 24 hours yet the man behind the till flatly refused to do anything other then fuel , asked for a drink and get told no only fule never had this issue at any other bp site as some one that works night shifts driving this disappoints me definitely won't be using this site ever again

They say 6 crossionts and only give you one... this happened to me twice. Breakfast wrap is often out of stock, so all I get is all the other items that I only ordered to get free delivery on the Breakfast wrap. I now have only tomato ketchup for breakfast now.
Why have they stopped delivery of m&s food on deliveroo? M&S food is still available in store but now only Safeway food available for delivery??? The queue for the store is usually quite long in comparison to most other local stores
Phill on the Friday night late shift not only helped me get through a seamless nectar point fulfilled checkout but recommended me to the double decker duo that I truly appreciated, plus he enjoyed my dreadful "dad-like" sense of humour at 1:40am. He is the true avenger in this infinite war against post - beer thanos like hunger. Yay Phill.
Absolutely shocking service yesterday late afternoon. Queues of people waiting at the tills, 8 behind me, and 5 cars queuing at the pumps with 1 person on the tills. eventually and somewhat reluctantly a 2nd person appeared. Then, whilst they were very apologetic, the tillers kept running the bell to request help, and someone in the back office simply turned up the music loudly!! Appalling service, dreadful managment, and discredit to BP and M&S. I would have made a much bigger fuss except I didn't have time. This is a supermarket with lottery and fuel and people need lots of stuff at 5pm. It's not a petrol station! Sort it out please
