I always shop in this lidl near town in Worthing, once a week. There is one member of staff, a women in her 30's i guess, dark brown/ almost black hair, with lots of tattoos, she is normally very load when she is talking with her co works and I find her rude, no customer service, wow it would blow my mind to find her friendly to the customers, and while I was shopping a few weeks ago I was making my way to the meat section only for her to looked annoyed because I was in her way, I mean i was only there to do my shopping and spend money, anyone would have thought I was there to get in here way, nothing like good old customer service, makes me think why she has the job in the first place, oh and she does like to drop the food trays on the floor, anyone would think she doesn't want to work there or that the customer's get in her way. I think I know her name.

Handy local Lidl store , friendly staff and service , sadly lack of a few basic items like decaffeinated filter coffee , Lasagna white sauce in jars , and capers , and even NO sultanas , shame no sour dough either very odd . I would rather be able to buy good food than power tools from the middle isle . Look forward to the new bigger store when it opens .

What's gone wrong with this store in Worthing? Shelves not restocked, prices for items missing, lack of leadership Management of the store appears to be missing. I have made these comments on basis of my past 4 visits shopping. I feel for the floor staff as I can see they are doing their very best under the circumstances this is a management issue.

Really easy Christmas shop even though the store is one of the smaller ones. Well stocked good food which was fairly priced. We will definitely use Lidl more in the future.

Meat is fine but the vegetables are always below par. Like they've been frozen and defrosted before sale. Had to peel up to an inch off my potatoes to get rid of the black parts.

What's not to like about Lidl? The staff are friendly, the stores are well stocked and the cheese is good quality at great prices. Avoid the fresh vegetables - they're hardly ever fresh and any branded items - they're always cheaper in Sainsbury's - but otherwise, Lidl rocks! This one doesn't have a very big middle so only 4 stars but otherwise I'd give them 5. Way better than Tesco and Sainsbury's.
