Booked this place last minute for a work trip and was really impressed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we even got an upgrade to a huge room (I think it was room 54) with lovely adjacent windows. We happened to stay on fireworks night, so had amazing views over the Downs and from the beach. The bed was really comfortable and I slept incredibly well. Overall, fantastic value for money and a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable stay.

What a fantastic choice of hotel for a stay in Brighton. Sea view from the bed, 100m to the beach, bus stop right outside, free car park, are all good enough reasons, but the staff are fantastic, the breakfast is amazing and the bar attracts an eclectic mixture of guests and the atmosphere had us chatting with everyone until after midnight. I can't wait to plan another trip to Brighton and I already know where we are staying.

Upgrade as requested, sea view and family room for 2 friends. Comfortable beds, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb, we had a full English. We will be back! Check out 11am and Breakfast ends at 11am! Great location, bus stop 700 right outside and fantastic restaurant come bar opposite on the sea front!

We had a sea view room. It was clean and serviced every day. Breakfast was good and basically unlimited. Housekeeping were excellent. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Location is about 2 miles west of Brighton which suited us just fine. About 45 min walking the promenade. Beaches locally were guarded by the RNLI life guards and much quieter than in Brighton closer to the town centre.

Location is good for Hove; some nice bars and restaurants in walking distance which is good as they do not serve food in the evenings and right on the sea front. Hotel is dated at best. Sticky tables in the breakfast room. Breakfast itself pretty uninspiring. Room mish mash of clunky furniture. Dirty light cord in bathroom really should be replaced - not a costly fix. Hairdryer looks like it came from a different time. Everything felt just a little grimy. Receptionist friendly. Would not stay again.

I stay at this hotel regularly. I have been in 5 different rooms and all were immaculate in every respect. The staff have been extremely helpful. The breakfasts (that are extra) are filling and varied. If your looking for a hotel were you pay for a room and not for extras you don't want or need this is the place.

Great value for the price. Nice and clean room. Great location in front of the beach, nearby restaurants and bars. Also a bus stop just in front of the hotel to go and come back to Brighton

Great value hotel if the location suits you. Friendly staff, clean and spacious top floor room, nice little bar and an excellent breakfast. Just a little noise in our room from the lift but not enough to bother us. Will stay again next time we’re in Hove.
