Am very pleased with my eyebrow waxing and tinting done by Alice at the Benefit counter in John Lewis, Norwich. Alice listened to what I wanted as a 61 year old lady and used a colour to tint my brows that suits my age and colouring (I’ve experienced brow tinting where people just use black whatever your colouring). Alice liased with me about the shape I wanted too. Very friendly service. I’ll definitely be returning.
I had a lovely experience getting my eyebrows waxed here. Sasha was lovely - it was great to be able to have a chat while having some self care. She was really helpful in deciding my eyebrow shape, and making sure it was to my liking before I left. Would definitely recommend!
