Large variety of shoes for a good price with great deals such as 2 for £10 and “save” products. Great for when you need comfortable and cost efficient shoes. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely shop here again! ☺️
Very rude staff, absolutely shocking service. Walked in with my daughter at 4.47pm and instead of greeting us we were told the store shuts at 5pm. At 4.50 while my daughter tried a shoe on were again told we have 5 min left! We bought the shoes because we needed one for the next day but never go to this shop again!
Really bad customer services, ladies there are very old and can not even listen you properly. They do not know how to deal with customers. Not buying anything from this store in the future!
Received amazing service from the young gentleman assistant who took time to help me buy my twins shoes. He was very patient and listened to my girls chatter away, engaging with them with a genuine fascination for their stories and tales. It was lovely to receive such a personal service and not made to feel rushed as we seemed to try on the whole shop. Many thanks.
cheap shoes. they don't last very long and are of very poor quality and material. despite this, i've found i liked the shoes while they lasted and the staff here have always been lovely!
Beware of the buy one get one free offer. Labels are not in the right place. Bought a grey pair of trainers and picked a white pair too, same make and model. Label was on display. Told at the till white pair not in offer. Explained but just told 'they do get moved'. Trade description but wouldn't honour their mistake. Staff polite but uninterested.
A cheaper end of the market shoe shop. Staff are friendly polite and helpful. Shop is well laid out into men's women and children. As with this company you get what you pay for shoes at the cheaper end of the market. Cannot compete with the high end shops like Clarke's where shoes although a lot dearer in the long run will outlast anything Shoe Zone puts on the market
