I stayed here last night whilst away with work, opposite Blok 74 there is a venue that's open until 3am which was very busy until closing. I could never stay here again as It's way too noisy to sleep.
It was a great location for everything . Top floor room must be fit with a big suitcase . Everything was clean with everything you need . Lovely bed , great night sleep first night , 2nd disaster with the bar opposite with live music to around 2,30am . They do supply ear plugs but don't really ever want to wear them when I'm paying for a room . Fair price for what you get . Good value for money
Such an amazing room to spend your days, great location to everything, you got everything around you. The room was super clean and tidy, shower is perfect, bed so comfortable, I really do recommend it, definitely coming back again!!!
Had a meeting in beautiful Brighton, booked the suite fairly last minute. Much cheaper option than a lot of the hotels around. The suite was lovely! All the beds were neatly made with sweet little eco-friendly toiletries. Everything was tidy and clean. Great location as it's right by the seafront and easy walking distance to the bars. Felt like a nice little tropical getaway with the decor. Good comms from the hosts including a text offering assistance if needed.
Great location and very nice room. The room was thoroughly clean throughout and equip with tea, some biscuits and coffee. The staff were very friendly and very easy to contact when I needed something. Could not fault my stay at all, thank you.
Had a two night stay, Thurs and Fri night. Thurs night a little noisy as it's students night, expected Friday to be noisier but not a peep! Great amenities in room, love the eco soap and shower/gel shampoo. Room could be cleaner, very dusty and cutlery and cups in room 6 dirty/stained. Only issue on the Friday night was very rowdy drunk guests, shouting from 3am - 6am in the hotel, which is small so you can imagine the noise. Other than that, if it was to be cleaner next time, would stay again. Great location in Brighton. Lanes car park a bit pricey but no other option.
Great location and the room was great if slightly on the small side. Only downside is our room did not have toilet paper. We contacted the owners about this who told us maintenance would drop some off, however this did not happen and we ended up having to borrow some from another guest in the hotel. Besides that I would still stay here as for the price it is very good
The street it is on is extremely noisy until 3am. The hotel provides you with earplugs but even then you can hear the crowd outside. The beds are hard, and the pillows are thin. The bathroom was very small. Everything was clean. I would stay again if I was in Brighton for a night out and therefore out for most of the night, but this is not a place to get a good night's sleep for an early morning!
Rooms were tiny but perfectly fine for an overnight stay. Fairly tidy, dated. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Shared toilet. Self check in at the door, using a keypad and room keys are in a key safe outside your room. Overall, a very budget friendly option (and it felt budget) for a quick stay over.
